The managers were kind and courteous. Great breakfast and cappuccino. Lovely location. Spacious single room. Good center for exploring the area. Staff were very friendly. Ideal location in the center. Short walk from the train station.

This hotel is situated in a prime location that offers easy access to the city's main attractions, including the forest area. the rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms that provide a great view of the surrounding area. the breakfast served is tasty and authentic, featuring dishes like meats, cheeses, and freshly baked breads.
One drawback is that the parking facility is not up to par compared to other amenities offered by the hotel.

The hotel's location was great, situated in a lovely town in northern Bavaria, with good transport links nearby. The breakfast meal was also good, with a variety of food options available, although the serving area was quite small. The room I stayed in was a comfortable single room and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped.
My Easter vacation experience at this hotel was not very enjoyable. The heating system in my room was not working properly and although I received assistance from the helpful staff, the problem persisted.

Perfect stay! Clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Ideal location in the center of the Frankenwold Forest area.

The breakfast was satisfying and the restaurant is a must-visit if you're exploring the area. One great thing was the central location - it's close to the train station and a good base for travelling further afield. The room was spacious too, which was a plus.
My stay was a little dampened by some issues with my room. The heating system just didn't work no matter how much I fiddled with the controller. The worst thing was that the internal phone system was down and I couldn't call for help. There's also a limited number of parking spaces available, which was a bit inconvenient.
